AI advisory council for growing businesses

Decide with a council that has read your books.

Advorum reads your AutoCount books, scores your resilience, then has AI advisors debate the options and hand you a plan.

From your books to a plan you can act on

Four steps. Once you are set up, most of them run on their own.

  1. Connect

Link AutoCount through its Web API, read-only, or upload statements and exports. More accounting systems are on the way.

  2. Score

Get a Resilience Index across six pillars. It is plain arithmetic on your figures with no AI involved, so it never invents a number.

  3. Convene

Seat the advisors you need, each with its own playbooks and model. They analyse alone, then debate across rounds while you chair.

  4. Act

Receive a resolution with an owner-assigned action plan, charts and exports. Ask follow-ups, or schedule a re-run for when fresh data lands.

AutoCount connector

Built to read AutoCount the way your accountant does

Advorum connects to the AutoCount Web API with a key you control, pulls what the council needs, and never writes anything back.

  • Read-only by design: only report and list endpoints are called.
  • Each workspace keeps its own endpoint and encrypted key.
  • Pull several account books. Each one becomes its own dataset.
  • Sync on demand or on a schedule.
  • Not on AutoCount? Upload statements and exports instead.

More accounting systems are coming.

What a sync pulls

AutoCount Web API

Read-only
  • Profit & loss and balance sheet

Year to date, compared with the same point last year.

  • Monthly trend

Revenue, costs, expenses and net profit, month by month.

  • Receivables ageing

Ageing buckets, top debtors and customer concentration.

  • Payables ageing

Ageing buckets and your largest creditors.

  • Sales activity

Invoice volume, top customers and the split by sales agent.

Exact figures from your ledgers, not model guesses.

The Resilience Index: a score you can check by hand

Six pillars, weighted and scored against fixed anchors. The same books always give the same number, and every metric behind it is shown.

Computed without AI
How the index reads
Fragile
Below 40
Steady
40 to 69
Resilient
70 and above

When a figure is missing, the metric is left out rather than guessed, and the report tells you how much of the picture the score covers.

  • Liquidity

    20% of the index

Can the business meet the next few months of obligations from what it holds?

  • Profitability

    22% of the index

How much of each ringgit of sales you keep, before and after overheads.

  • Efficiency

    15% of the index

How quickly stock and receivables turn back into cash.

  • Solvency

    15% of the index

How heavily the business leans on borrowing.

  • Momentum

    13% of the index

Whether revenue is building or fading, month on month.

  • Cash discipline

    15% of the index

Collections against payments: who is financing whom.

Advisors who argue before they agree

Each advisor forms a view alone, then the council debates in rounds. You can pause between rounds and steer as chair.

Should we open a third outlet this year?Illustrative excerpt
  1. Round 1: independent analysis
    Finance chief

Cash covers 3.1 months of fixed costs. A RM 480k fit-out would take that below one month.

    Growth lead

Outlet two paid back in 14 months and its sales are still climbing. The timing favours opening.

  2. Chair checkpoint
    You, as chair

Before round two, show me the downside: the new outlet trades 30% below outlet two for six months.

  3. Round 2: debate
    Growth lead

Under that case the buffer falls to 0.6 months. I would still open, but only with a credit line agreed first.

    Risk officer

Agreed, with a stop rule: pause the second fit-out phase if outlet two misses plan two months running.

  4. Resolution
    Resolution

Open the third outlet once a working-capital line is secured, with the fit-out phased. Three actions, each with an owner.

What happens after the resolution

A consultation is a starting point. These are the tools for what comes next.

  • Routines

Save a setup as a blueprint and re-run it on a schedule, or whenever fresh data lands from a sync.

    1. Fresh data lands
    2. Council re-convenes
    3. New resolution
  • Follow-up questions

Ask the council about its own resolution without starting a new consultation.

  • Excel, Markdown and PDF

Take the resolution into your next management meeting or bank discussion.

    XLSXMDPDF
  • Charts beside the advice

Chart the figures behind a recommendation right next to it.

  • Three languages

The interface and the council's output in English, Bahasa Melayu or Chinese.

  • Workspaces and roles

Owners, admins, analysts and viewers, with per-area access. Accounting firms can keep one workspace per client.

Security and privacy

Your books stay yours

Financial data deserves a careful home. This is how Advorum handles it.

  • Encryption at rest

Connector and AI keys are sealed with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and never sent back to the browser.

  • Tenant isolation

Every query is scoped to your workspace. Another workspace's records cannot be loaded, even with a guessed link.

  • Read-only connectors

Connectors only call read endpoints. Advorum cannot post, edit or delete anything in your accounting system.

  • Guarded outbound calls

Connector traffic refuses private and internal network addresses and does not follow redirects.

  • Audit trail

Sign-ins, connection changes, plan changes and other sensitive actions are written to an activity log.

  • Your AI keys

On paid plans, advisors run on your own provider keys, under your provider's own data terms.

Questions we hear often

Something else on your mind? Talk to us

Does Advorum change anything in AutoCount?
No. The connector only calls read endpoints of the AutoCount Web API. It cannot create, edit or delete documents.
Do I need AutoCount to use Advorum?
No. You can upload financial statements and exports instead. AutoCount is the first live connector, and more accounting systems are coming.
Where does the Resilience Index come from?
It is plain arithmetic on your figures: ratios across six pillars, scored against fixed anchors. No AI model is involved, so the same data always gives the same score.
Which AI models do the advisors use?
During the Starter trial, a ready-made council runs on the included model. On other plans you add keys for Anthropic, OpenAI or Google and choose a model per advisor.
Does this replace my accountant or auditor?
No. The council helps you think through options with evidence from your books. Decisions, filings and professional advice stay with you and your advisers.
Can an accounting firm use Advorum for several clients?
Yes. Create a workspace per client, invite colleagues with the right role, and switch between workspaces from one sign-in.
Which languages are supported?
English, Bahasa Melayu and Simplified Chinese, for both the interface and the council's output.
